Christofle America Silver-Plated Fish Fork
Christofle America Silver-Plated Fish Fork โ Silver-Plate Specialty Fork
The Christofle America Silver-Plated Fish Fork is crafted by Christofle, the French silversmith founded in Paris in 1830 and celebrated for nearly two centuries of silver craftsmanship.
The silver-plated fish fork can be used in conjunction with a fish knife to easily separate fish from bones. Following World War I, America became synonymous with modernity and the world fell in love with its music, literature, art, lifestyle and architecture. To commemorate the across-the-pond admiration, Christofle named this 1933-launched Art Deco pattern of angular corners, beveled edges and masculine lines after the country.
A Legacy of French Silversmithing
Every Christofle piece is produced to the exacting standards of the maison's ateliers, where traditional silversmithing techniques meet contemporary design โ pieces made to be used, displayed, and passed down.
