Herend Cat Figurines
Cats by Herend: each iconic cat figurine is brought to life by the skilled hands of artisans crafting and painting these charming porcelain creatures. The playful and colorful Herend Cats are a beautiful gift for a cat lover or a Herend collector.
Herend porcelain has been made by hand in Herend, Hungary since 1826. Every figurine is painted by hand, most in Herend's signature fishnet pattern, and many are offered in a choice of colors.
Cats, kittens and little scenes
Our Herend cat figurines range from single cats to small scenes. For one cat on a shelf, look at the Arched Cat, Strutting Kitty, Stretching Kitty, Curious Cat, Cat Nap and Mischievous Cat, or the Miniature Cat and Miniature Kitten for a desk or windowsill. The scenes tell a story: Cat in Box, Cat on Books, Spilled Milk, Flower Pot Kitty, Gone Fishing, Playing Cat and Mouse, The Odd Couple and Kitten and Duckling. Seasonal pieces include the Jack O Lantern Kitty for Halloween and the Sweater Kitty, along with the Playful Kitten and Motherly Love.
Choosing a Herend cat
Because many Herend cats come in several fishnet colors, the same cat can be collected in more than one color, or matched to a room. Each figurine is sold individually and arrives boxed, which makes a Herend cat figurine an easy gift for a cat lover.
