Shipping policy

Paris Tableware & Gifts ships throughout the continental United States. We have been a family-owned retailer of fine European tableware in Ridgewood, New Jersey since 1982, and every order is packed by hand in our store.

Shipping rates

• Complimentary shipping on orders over $150.
• Flat $19 shipping on orders of $150 or less.
• Rates are shown at checkout before payment. Prices are in U.S. dollars.

Processing time

Orders typically ship within 3-5 business days. Timing varies by brand, and each product page shows when that piece ships. Special orders and made-to-order patterns can take longer. If your order is time-sensitive, contact us before ordering and we will confirm availability and timing.

Where we ship

We ship to the continental United States only: the 48 contiguous states and Washington, D.C. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, U.S. territories, APO/FPO addresses, or international destinations at this time.

How fragile pieces are packed

Porcelain, crystal, and glass are packed for transit by hand. Wherever possible, pieces ship in the manufacturer's original branded packaging, then are over-boxed with protective cushioning. Sometimes we use recycled shipping boxes. Every shipment is insured against breakage and loss in transit. High-value and oversized items may require a signature on delivery.

Damaged or incorrect items

Please inspect your order on arrival. Report any damage within 48 hours of delivery, with photographs and the original packaging kept intact, by emailing info@paristableware.com or calling (201) 652-4233. We will arrange a replacement or refund.
