The Christofle Albi Silver-Plated Cheese Knife is crafted by Christofle, the French silversmith founded in Paris in 1830 and celebrated for nearly two centuries of silver craftsmanship.

The silver plated cheese knife in the Albi pattern also has two teeth at the end to pick cheese off of a cheese plate. The Albi line, created in 1968, takes its inspiration from a French town located between Toulouse and Bordeaux and its famous cathedral known for its remarkable architecture, clean straight lines and single nave.
