Christofle Fidelio Silver-Plated Fish Fork
Christofle Fidelio Silver-Plated Fish Fork – Silver-Plate Specialty Fork
The Christofle Fidelio Silver-Plated Fish Fork is crafted by Christofle, the French silversmith founded in Paris in 1830 and celebrated for nearly two centuries of silver craftsmanship.
The silver plated fish fork can be used in conjunction with a fish knife to easily separate fish from bones. Fidélio, then called Baguette, was one of Christofle’s first flatware designs. It was reintroduced in 1992, slightly modernized for greater fluidity, but ultimately it remained the same classic creation with a rib on the handle to add interest and texture.
A Legacy of French Silversmithing
Every Christofle piece is produced to the exacting standards of the maison's ateliers, where traditional silversmithing techniques meet contemporary design — pieces made to be used, displayed, and passed down.
