William Yeoward Crystal is handmade crystal designed by William Yeoward in England. The English crystal house was founded in 1995 by William Yeoward and Timothy Jenkins, and its designs are inspired by 18th- and 19th-century English and Irish glass – every piece is made by hand.
If you are new to William Yeoward crystal, this guide walks through two of the patterns we carry in depth – Jasmine and Fanny – along with the cake stands, hurricanes and vases that make William Yeoward a favorite for entertaining and for gifts. Paris Tableware & Gifts, a family-owned store in Ridgewood, New Jersey, carries William Yeoward Crystal and ships across the continental US, with free shipping on orders over $150.
Jasmine: Hand-Engraved Stemware
The Jasmine barware and stemware collection was designed to bring a luxurious touch to the table. Each piece is completely handmade, in practical shapes, with an intertwined jasmine vine engraved by hand around the glass. See the whole William Yeoward Jasmine collection.
Fanny: Stemware for Every Day, in Color
Fanny is a charming and sensible range for everyday and formal use: sturdy, with classically shaped bowls and stems. The goblets also come in colors, so you can create a fun table setting – one color at every place, or a different color for each guest. See the William Yeoward Fanny collection.
Cake Stands and Domes
William Yeoward cake stands and domes are hand-cut crystal, sold as a stand, a dome, or a stand and dome together. They are not only for cake: cheese, fruit, tarts and sweets all look their best under glass. See all William Yeoward cake stands.
Hurricanes for Candlelight
William Yeoward hurricanes are hand-cut crystal, from footed hurricanes – some sold with a candle – to tall hurricane shades. Several of them double as vases for flowers. See all William Yeoward hurricanes.
Vases, from Posies to Centerpieces
Vases are one of the largest parts of the William Yeoward range: bud and posy vases, flower vases, footed vases and rose bowls, in clear and colored crystal. See all William Yeoward vases.
Setting a William Yeoward Table
- Start with two glasses. A goblet for water and a wine glass at each place – Jasmine for a formal table, Fanny for every day.
- Play with color. Clear Fanny stemware with colored Fanny goblets keeps the table cheerful; mix colors or give each guest their own.
- Light it in pairs. Hurricanes look deliberate in twos – one at each end of the table or the sideboard.
- Keep flowers low. A row of posy vases lets guests see each other across the table.
- Bring dessert out under glass. A cake stand and dome turns a simple cake or a cheese course into a centerpiece.
For where each glass goes, see our guide to how to set a table.
William Yeoward Crystal as a Gift
Each piece is beautifully presented, which makes William Yeoward an easy choice for weddings, anniversaries and milestone celebrations. A pitcher, a carafe or a pair of hurricanes suits a wedding; a posy vase is a thoughtful hostess or thank-you gift. Caring for William Yeoward Crystal
- Hand-wash, always. Wash one piece at a time in warm, not hot, water with a little mild detergent; a dishwasher can leave fine crystal permanently hazy.
- Protect the stems. Line the sink with a rubber mat and hold a glass by the bowl, not the stem.
- Dry and store carefully. Dry with a soft lint-free cloth and store stemware upright, not rim-down.
- Let carafes and pitchers dry completely before putting them away; avoid sudden temperature changes.
