Christofle Albi Silver-Plated Lidded Cheese/Condiment Dish
Christofle Albi Silver-Plated Lidded Cheese/Condiment Dish – Silver-Plate Condiment Pot
The Christofle Albi Silver-Plated Lidded Cheese/Condiment Dish is crafted by Christofle, the French silversmith founded in Paris in 1830 and celebrated for nearly two centuries of silver craftsmanship.
The Albi personal lidded cheese dish was designed for use with soft cheeses, but can just as easily hold condiments, sauces, ice cream toppings or small bites like olives or nuts. There’s a notch in the sie to hold a spreader or small spoon. The Albi line, created in 1968, takes its inspiration from a French town located between Toulouse and Bordeaux and its famous cathedral known for its remarkable architecture, clean straight lines and single nave.
A Legacy of French Silversmithing
Every Christofle piece is produced to the exacting standards of the maison's ateliers, where traditional silversmithing techniques meet contemporary design — pieces made to be used, displayed, and passed down.
