About the Rocaille Pattern
Rocaille traces its shape to 18th-century Strasbourg faience, and Gien finishes it with colored glazes that let the tones blend softly across the relief. The effect is lighter and more casual than a painted pattern.

Gien faience is treasured by collectors worldwide. Beautifully boxed, the Set of 4 Rim Soups - Rocaille White Soup Plates & Rimmed Soup Bowl makes a memorable gift for weddings, anniversaries, and milestone celebrations.
Care: Rinse after meals without soaking and avoid sudden temperature changes; never microwave or machine-wash pieces decorated with gold.
