It is distinguished by a sapphire blue geometric pattern embellished with platinum threading. The lid with knob strictly made of platinum,closes the two cups to keep the warmth of the beverage unaltered. Also available with scarlet red, emerald green and black decor, it goes well with the milk pitcher and sugar bowl from the same line, or in contrasting combinations with the geometric patterns of the Labirinto collection. Catene pays homage to the Ginori 1735 tradition and the artistic genius of Gio Ponti, creator of the decoration and Artistic Director of the Manifattura from 1923 to 1933.

About Ginori 1735
Ginori 1735 was founded in 1735 by Marquis Carlo Andrea Ginori in Doccia, near Florence, and is one of Europe's oldest porcelain manufacturers. Its pieces are still made and decorated at the Manifattura Ginori in Sesto Fiorentino, Italy; the architect Gio Ponti was its artistic director from 1923 to 1933.
