Ginori 1735 Catene Pickle Dish, Scarlatto

The Ginori 1735 Catene Pickle Dish, Scarlatto is a porcelain pickle dish from the Ginori 1735 Catene collection, made in Italy.

Pickle dish in porcelain with red and platinum decoration. Catene collection by Gio Ponti.

It is distinguished by the famous scarlet-red geometric pattern that is illuminated through the precious platinum threading. The contemporary design pays homage to the Ginori 1735 tradition and the artistic genius of Gio Ponti, creator of the decoration and Artistic Director of the Manifattura from 1923 to1933. It becomes the protagonist at the center of the mise en place welcoming every course, from appetizers to side dishes. Catene is available as a complete table, tea and coffee set and is also designed to match the Labirintocollection, for a flow of contrasting lines and geometries.

Ginori 1735 Catene Italian porcelain dinnerware is sold piece by piece, so a complete place setting can be built over time or added to a wedding registry.
