The sleek bowl-like shape is graced with the famous sapphire blue geometric pattern and exquisite platinum threading and is designed to hold valuable items as it glows with refinement. Catene, available in complete table, tea and coffee sets as well as home accessories, was conceived of by the creative genius of Gio Ponti, Artistic Director of the Manifattura from 1923 to 1933. It is characterized by modern lines which contrast nicely with the elements of the Labirintocollection, and so can be combined for a geometrical flow in the distinctive style of Ginori 1735.

About Ginori 1735
Ginori 1735 was founded in 1735 by Marquis Carlo Andrea Ginori in Doccia, near Florence, and is one of Europe's oldest porcelain manufacturers. Its pieces are still made and decorated at the Manifattura Ginori in Sesto Fiorentino, Italy; the architect Gio Ponti was its artistic director from 1923 to 1933.
