The Ginori 1735 Oriente Italiano Bread Plate, Bario is a porcelain bread plate from the Ginori 1735 Oriente Italiano collection, made in Italy.
Porcelain barium green bread plate. Oriente Italiano collection.
The refined bread plate is made of fine porcelain in delicate tones of barium green and feature a contrasting floral motif in which the carnation emerges, a symbol of strength and passion. It is designed to complete the sets of dinner plates, soup plates, and dessert plates from the same collection: with different color variants available, it is possible to create both mise en place with bold color combinations, and refined tone-on-tone tables, and customize each course with fantasy and imagination. The Oriente Italiano collection evokes atmospheres of oriental charm through the classicism of the historic Antico Doccia shape and the mastery of Ginori 1735 artisans.

About Ginori 1735
Ginori 1735 was founded in 1735 by Marquis Carlo Andrea Ginori in Doccia, near Florence, and is one of Europe's oldest porcelain manufacturers. Its pieces are still made and decorated at the Manifattura Ginori in Sesto Fiorentino, Italy; the architect Gio Ponti was its artistic director from 1923 to 1933.
