The Ginori 1735 Oriente Italiano Bread Plate, Malachite is a porcelain bread plate from the Ginori 1735 Oriente Italiano collection, made in Italy.
Porcelain malachite green bread plate. Oriente Italiano Collection.
The refined bread plate is made of fine porcelain with bold shades of malachite green that contrasts with a floral motif. The delicate decoration runs along the classic and sophisticated lines of the Antico Doccia shape, a distinctive icon of the Ginori 1735 manufacture that gives each creation a unique and inimitable design. Oriente Italiano, available in a complete set of tableware, tea, coffee, and furnishing accessories, evokes the atmosphere of an imaginary oriental garden with the mastery and personality of Florentine craftsmanship. Customize your set by combining the elements of the same collection: with the different color variants available, it is possible to create bold and characterful mise en place, which leaves room for fantasy and imagination.

About Ginori 1735
Ginori 1735 was founded in 1735 by Marquis Carlo Andrea Ginori in Doccia, near Florence, and is one of Europe's oldest porcelain manufacturers. Its pieces are still made and decorated at the Manifattura Ginori in Sesto Fiorentino, Italy; the architect Gio Ponti was its artistic director from 1923 to 1933.
