Ginori 1735 Oriente Italiano Egg, Azalea

The Ginori 1735 Oriente Italiano Egg, Azalea is a porcelain decorative object from the Ginori 1735 Oriente Italiano collection, made in Italy.

Azalea egg in porcelain with gold threading. Oriente Italiano collection.

The famous blue "carnation" motif stands out in contrast against the azalea pink of the fine porcelain, which is illuminated by the precious gold threading. It can be used both as a decorative element and as a tableware item on the most original mise en place, to serve various savory, fruit or appetizer sauces. Egg is an eclectic and sophisticated collection. A symbol of life, rebirth and prosperity, it lends itself as an original gift idea for any special occasion.

A Ginori 1735 decorative object is a distinctive Italian porcelain gift for a housewarming, wedding or birthday.

About Ginori 1735

Ginori 1735 was founded in 1735 by Marquis Carlo Andrea Ginori in Doccia, near Florence, and is one of Europe's oldest porcelain manufacturers. Its pieces are still made and decorated at the Manifattura Ginori in Sesto Fiorentino, Italy; the architect Gio Ponti was its artistic director from 1923 to 1933.
