The Ginori 1735 Voliere Bread Plate, Tangara du Canada is a porcelain bread plate from the Ginori 1735 Voliere collection, made in Italy.

Tangara Du Canada porcelain bread plate. Volière collection.

A precious pure gold decoration frames a Tangara du Canada, with warm and lively tones that stand out against the fine white Italian porcelain. The bread plate, defined by its historical Impero shape, is designed in combination with the table proposal of the same collection, or as a unique and sophisticated standout element in refined mise en place. The Volière Collection depicts several graphic subjects in overglaze that take inspiration from ancient botanical publications. The decorations are made with over fifty shades of colors and make each element a precious collector's item of art.

About Ginori 1735

Ginori 1735 was founded in 1735 by Marquis Carlo Andrea Ginori in Doccia, near Florence, and is one of Europe's oldest porcelain manufacturers. Its pieces are still made and decorated at the Manifattura Ginori in Sesto Fiorentino, Italy; the architect Gio Ponti was its artistic director from 1923 to 1933.
