Bernardaud Thé Dansant Théière XL – Limoges Porcelain Teapot

The result is a teapot with exceptional dimensions: 23.6 inches tall, 19.7 inches in diameter, 35.4 inches 90 cm wide and with a capacity of up to 18.5 gallons. Monumental like other works by Joana Vasconcelos, this XL porcelain teapot required all the expertise of the manufacture's artisans to meet the artist's requirements for a perfectly spherical body while maintaining symmetry between the shape of the spout and that of the handle. Limited edition of 71 pieces

The Bernardaud Thé Dansant Théière XL is crafted by Bernardaud, the storied Limoges porcelain house founded in 1863. From its workshops in Limoges, France, Bernardaud has supplied the world's finest tables for more than 160 years, pairing the region's famed kaolin porcelain with contemporary artistry.
