The Daum Ginkgo Large Leaf Bowl is a crystal decorative bowl crafted by Daum, the celebrated French crystal manufactory founded in Nancy in 1878.

Each Daum piece is made by hand, so color and shading vary slightly from piece to piece and from the photos.

A Luxury Handmade Collectible

Daum presents its Ginkgo collection in a magnificent amber hue. This color offering is inspired by the vibrant golden tint of Ginkgo leaves as they turn colors in Autumn. When the leaves fall, they form a golden carpet around the base of their tree.

The iconic fan-shaped leaves, held by a long, slender stem, start out bright green in the Spring and Summer before taking on a sumptuous gold color in autum, from which the tree gets its name "the tree of a thousand crowns."

Every Daum piece is crafted in the Daum manufactory using the pâte de verre technique, in which crushed crystal is cast and kiln-fired — no two pieces are ever exactly alike.
